Classification
1) Block Board is divided according to the core structure
Solid blockboard: blockboard made of solid board core.
Hollow blockboard: blockboard made of checkered board core.
2) Block Board is divided according to the splicing status of the board core
Glued board core blockboard: blockboard made by gluing the core strips into the board core with adhesive.
Non-glued board core blockboard: blockboard made by combining the core strips into the board core without adhesive.
3) Block Board is divided into three categories according to the surface processing of the blockboard: single-sided sanded blockboard, double-sided sanded blockboard and non-sanded blockboard.
4) Block Board is divided according to the use environment
Indoor blockboard: blockboard suitable for indoor use.
Outdoor blockboard: blockboard that can be used outdoors.
5) Block Board is divided according to the number of layers
Three-layer blockboard: blockboard made of one layer of veneer glued to each of the two large surfaces of the board core.
Five-layer blockboard: blockboard made of two layers of veneer glued to each of the two large surfaces of the board core.
Multi-layer blockboard: blockboard made of two or more layers of veneer glued to each of the two large surfaces of the board core.

Advantages of Block Board:
A. Blockboard has good screw holding power and high strength. It has the characteristics of solid quality, sound absorption and heat insulation. The moisture content of blockboard is not high, between 10% and 13%. It is easy to process and is used for furniture, doors and windows, covers, partitions, false walls, heating covers, curtain boxes, etc. It has the widest application.
B. Since the interior is solid wood strips, the requirements for processing equipment are not high, which is convenient for on-site construction.
