Description

Laminated MDF refers to the process of laminating melamine paper or phenolic film onto various wood boards such as medium-density fiberboard, particleboard, particleboard or plywood. This process is completed using a laminating hot press.
Laminated MDF has uniform fiber structure and high bonding strength between fibers, so its static bending strength, plane tensile strength, elastic modulus, etc. are better than particleboard. It has low screw holding force, moisture absorption, water absorption performance, and thickness expansion rate.
Laminated MDF has a flat and smooth surface, which is convenient for gluing and planing veneer and thin paper and other finishing materials, and is easy to paint and save paint.
Laminated MDF can produce boards from a few millimeters to tens of millimeters thick, which can replace wood boards and square materials of any thickness, and has good mechanical processing performance, sawing, drilling, grooving, tenoning, sanding and carving. The edge of the board can be processed in any shape, and the surface is smooth after processing.
Laminated MDF has excellent performance and is an effective way to comprehensively and rationally utilize wood. Therefore, medium-density fiberboard is one of the most promising products.
