Description

Fire Proof MDF is made of wood fiber or other plant fiber, with urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives applied. In the glue spraying section, just like glue application, flame retardants are added to the production line to make boards with a density range of 500-880kg/m3.
Fire proof MDF has good physical and mechanical properties and processing properties, and can be made into boards of different thicknesses. Therefore, Fire proof MDF is widely used in furniture manufacturing, construction, interior decoration, shipbuilding, and automotive lighting industries. Fire proof MDF is a homogeneous porous material with good acoustic properties. It is a good material for making speakers, TV housings, and musical instruments. In addition, Fire proof MDF can also be used in ships, vehicles, sports equipment, floors, wall panels, partitions, etc. to replace natural wood. It has the characteristics of low cost, simple processing, high utilization rate, and is more economical than natural wood.
