PET High Glossy Particle Board is made by bonding a PET film to the surface of the board through processes such as hot pressing or adhesive bonding, thus forming a decorative material with a special texture and properties. The film thickness of PET High Glossy Particle Board is typically between 0.1 and 0.3 mm, featuring high gloss, good flatness, vibrant colors, and scratch and wear resistance. Based on the surface effect, PET film can be divided into high-gloss PET, matte PET, and skin-like PET, etc., to meet different decoration styles and personalized consumer needs.

High Gloss: The surface gloss of PET High Glossy Particle Board can reach 100°±5°, presenting a mirror effect and outstanding visual texture.
Environmental friendliness: PET High Glossy Particle Board films meet food contact standards, have low formaldehyde emissions, and some products meet ENF-level environmental standards.
Durability: PET High Glossy Particle Board is stain-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and resistant to yellowing, making daily cleaning and maintenance convenient.
Substrate compatibility: PET High Glossy Particle Board typically uses particleboard or MDF as its substrate, requiring a high degree of substrate flatness.

PET High Glossy Particle Board is primarily used for cabinet doors (such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, wine cabinets, and shoe cabinets) and interior door panels in custom home furnishings. It is suitable for minimalist or modern spaces that prioritize a high-gloss mirror effect, easy cleaning, and oil resistance. However, direct sunlight and high humidity environments should be avoided.

Note the limitations: Although it is environmentally friendly (food-grade PET film), scratch-resistant, and fingerprint-resistant (some have a skin-like finish), the substrate particleboard has high moisture absorption, and the PET film is not resistant to ultraviolet rays, and is prone to yellowing or cracking after long-term exposure to sunlight.
