Features of Textured Melamine MDF Board:
1. Physical Properties: Textured Melamine MDF Board has a wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant surface that is easy to clean; the substrate has a uniform structure, high flatness, and is not prone to warping, making it suitable for fine processing.
2. Processing Advantages: Textured Melamine MDF Board is easy to mill, carve, and perforate, making it suitable for making shaped cabinet doors and decorative panels; the cut surface is delicate, and the overall integrity is good after edge banding.
3. Environmental Key: Formaldehyde emission mainly depends on the quality and environmental protection level of the adhesive used in the substrate, such as E1 grade MDF board, E0 grade MDF board, and ENF grade MDF board. The cured melamine layer itself is non-toxic and stable.

1. High decorative requirements: Textured Melamine MDF Board has wood grain, stone grain, or solid color printing on its surface, requiring no secondary painting. It offers a rich variety of patterns and is scratch-resistant.
2. Medium load-bearing requirements: Suitable for the internal structure of non-heavy-duty furniture. Its nail-holding power is slightly lower than particleboard but better than low-density fiberboard.
3. Dry environment use: The substrate is susceptible to moisture damage; therefore, it requires tight edge sealing and is not suitable for use in high-humidity areas such as bathrooms where it comes into direct contact with water.
