Tubular chipboard is made from wood shavings and extruded at high temperatures in an extruder. It features circular channels running along its length, making it lighter than ordinary chipboard while offering strong impact resistance and excellent stability.
Tubular chipboard is widely used in the wooden door industry due to its thermal insulation, sound insulation, lightweight, and low cost.

1. Soundproofing: A 40mm-thick door made with Tubular Chipboard achieves a soundproofing effect of 26-30 decibels.
2. Thermal Insulation: A 40mm-thick door made with Tubular Chipboard has the equivalent thermal insulation of a 300mm brick wall.
