Classification of White Particle Board:
According to the use: Class A particleboard; Class B particleboard.
According to the particleboard structure: single-layer structure particleboard; three-layer structure particleboard; gradient structure particleboard; oriented particleboard; waffle particleboard; molded particleboard.
According to the manufacturing method: flat pressed particleboard; extruded particleboard.
According to the raw materials used: wood particleboard; bagasse particleboard; flax chipboard; cotton stalk particleboard; bamboo particleboard, etc.; cement particleboard; gypsum particleboard.
According to the surface condition:
1. Unfaced particleboard: sanded particleboard; unsanded particleboard.
2. Faced particleboard: impregnated paper faced particleboard; decorative laminate faced particleboard; veneer faced particleboard; surface coated particleboard; PVC faced particleboard, etc.
Characteristics of White Particle Board:
A. Good sound absorption and sound insulation performance; particleboard is heat-insulating and sound-absorbing;
B. The interior is a cross-staggered granular structure, the performance of each direction is basically the same, and the lateral bearing capacity is relatively poor;
C. The surface of the particleboard is flat and can be veneered in various ways;
D. In the production process of particleboard, the amount of glue used is small, and the environmental protection coefficient is relatively high.
Applications of White Particle Board:
1. Custom Furniture: White Particle Board is widely used in the manufacture of wardrobes, bookcases, and storage cabinets, including the cabinet bodies and doors. The white finish enhances the brightness of a space, suitable for modern minimalist styles.
2. Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets: When combined with a moisture-resistant substrate (such as green-core moisture-resistant particleboard) and high-quality edge banding, White Particle Board can be used for kitchen cabinet bodies and bathroom vanity internal structures, balancing load-bearing capacity and moisture resistance.
3. Office Furniture: White Particle Board is extensively used in office desks, filing cabinets, conference table tops and side panels. Its surface is wear-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean, meeting the needs of mass production.
4. Interior Decorative Components: White Particle Board is used as an interior partition, wall panel base, and ceiling panel. The white finish can be used directly, reducing the need for secondary painting.
5. Not suitable for load-bearing structures: It cannot be used in high-strength load-bearing parts such as door and window frames and floor joists, nor is it suitable for outdoor or long-term high-humidity environments (unless special moisture-proof treatment is applied).
