MFC board uses particleboard as the base material, and the surface is covered with melamine impregnated film paper. The two layers of facing paper and the base material are compounded to form a double facing structure through high temperature and high pressure process. The production process includes the following core steps:
Impregnation treatment: Impregnation of decorative paper in melamine resin adhesive
Hot pressing: Applying 20-30kg/cm² pressure at 150-200℃ for 30-60 seconds
Edge banding process: Use 2mm thick PVC edge banding strips of the same color for end face treatment
