Qualified laminate flooring is made of one or more layers of special impregnated thermosetting amino resin.
Impregnated paper laminated wood flooring is made of one or more layers of special paper impregnated with thermosetting amino resin, paved on the surface of artificial board substrates such as particleboard and high-density fiberboard, with a balanced moisture-proof layer on the back, and a wear-resistant layer and decorative layer on the front, and then hot-pressed and formed.
Features of laminate flooring:
1 Wear-resistant and good stability
The surface of the laminate flooring is a wear-resistant layer, which is composed of evenly distributed aluminum oxide and can reach a very high hardness. Scraping with sharp hard objects such as keys will only leave shallow marks. Laminate flooring is better than other types of wood flooring in terms of pollution resistance, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, and impact resistance.
2 Easy to care
Since the wear-resistant layer of the laminate floor has good wear resistance, compression resistance, impact resistance, fire retardant, and chemical pollution resistance, in daily use, you only need to use a wrung-out rag, mop or vacuum cleaner to clean it. If the floor is greasy or stained, just wipe it with a cloth dipped in detergent.
3 High cost performance
Laminate flooring consists of a wear-resistant layer, a decorative layer, a base material and a balance layer. Its wear-resistant layer, decorative layer and balance layer are artificially printed, and the base material is made of fast-growing forest materials. The cost is lower than that of solid wood flooring. At the same time, it can be mass-produced, which is relatively cost-effective. The decorative layer of laminate flooring is generally imitated by computer, which can simulate the wood patterns of various species, and even imitate stone and create unique patterns that do not exist in nature.
