Applications of HDF Board:

Differences between HDF Board and MDF Board:
The core differences between MDF and HDF are density and hardness. HDF is harder and more wear-resistant, making it suitable for flooring; MDF is easier to process, making it suitable for furniture and speaker enclosures.
1. Density: HDF typically has a density greater than 0.8 g/cm³, resulting in a denser structure; MDF generally has a density between 0.5-0.8 g/cm³.
2. Physical Properties: HDF is pressed under higher pressure, resulting in higher strength, superior load-bearing and bending resistance compared to MDF, and greater wear resistance.
