The product has a smooth surface, small thickness error, pollution resistance, aging resistance, high strength, uniform force, no deformation, no breakage, and strong stability and nail holding ability. Moisture Resistant Chipboard has a strength of ≥13MPa, internal bonding strength ≥0.35MPa, and surface bonding strength ≥0.8MPa. It has strong plasticity and can be directly painted or veneered. The product preferentially uses WBP and E0 glue, and the formaldehyde emission is better than the national standard, which is healthy and environmentally friendly.
Green and environmentally friendly adhesive: Moisture Resistant Chipboard uses green and environmentally friendly adhesives for particleboard processing. This adhesive is not only environmentally friendly, but also can improve the moisture resistance of particleboard to a certain extent.
Moisture-proof additives: In the production process of Moisture Resistant Chipboard, specific moisture-proof additives can be added. These additives can reduce the hygroscopicity of particleboard and improve its moisture resistance.

Moisture Resistant Chipboard’s standard size is 1220*2440mm, with larger sizes available in 1830*2440mm, 1220*1830mm, and 1830*3660mm. Custom sizes are available upon request. Common thicknesses include 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 25mm, and 35mm. Moisture-Resistant Chipboard undergoes rigorous pre-pressing, hot-pressing, sanding, and sawing processes during production, resulting in a smooth surface and minimal thickness tolerance. Moisture Resistant Chipboard is resistant to staining and aging, exhibits high strength, evenly distributes force, and resists deformation or breakage. It offers excellent stability and nail-holding properties. With a strength of ≥13MPa, internal bond strength ≥0.35MPa, and surface bond strength ≥0.8MPa, it offers strong plasticity and can be directly painted or veneered. Moisture Resistant Chipboard preferentially uses WBP and E0 adhesives, resulting in formaldehyde emissions exceeding national standards, ensuring its environmental friendliness and health.
