Classification of Commercial Plywood for Furniture:
1. ENF Grade Commercial Plywood for Furniture: ≤0.025 mg/m³ (Formaldehyde-free, currently the strictest globally, recommended for children’s rooms/high-end furniture).
2. E0 Grade Commercial Plywood for Furniture: ≤0.050 mg/m³ (First choice for indoor use with high environmental protection requirements).
3. E1 Grade Commercial Plywood for Furniture: ≤0.124 mg/m³ (Minimum entry threshold for indoor use).

1. Strong Structural Stability: The wood grain of adjacent layers is arranged perpendicularly (symmetrical structure in odd-numbered layers), offsetting internal stress and significantly reducing the risk of shrinkage and warping. Its dimensional stability is superior to solid wood.
2. Excellent Mechanical Properties: Commercial Plywood for Furniture has strong overall load-bearing capacity and high nail-holding power perpendicular to the board surface, making it suitable for manufacturing cabinet side panels, shelves, and load-bearing components.
3. Good Moisture and Weather Resistance: Compared to MDF board and particle board, Commercial Plywood for Furniture is more resistant to humid environments (especially Class II water-resistant plywood), making it suitable for kitchen and bathroom cabinets or high-humidity areas (select the corresponding water resistance rating).
4. Smooth Surface for Easy Finishing: Large format (standard 1220×2440mm), smooth surface, easy to apply wood veneer, melamine paper, or direct paint coating.
5. Controllable Environmental Protection: Formaldehyde emission levels in Commercial Plywood for Furniture are classified as E1/E0/ENF depending on the adhesive used. Modern commercial products can achieve ENF level (≤0.025mg/m³) using MDI formaldehyde-free adhesive.

5. Auxiliary structural components: Furniture back panels, drawer bottoms, shelves, and ceiling base layers commonly use 3mm-9mm thin boards for support, keeping costs under control.
