Features of Green Core Moisture Resistant MDF Board:
1. Strong Moisture and Water Resistance: Green Core Moisture Resistant MDF Board has a significantly lower water absorption thickness expansion rate than ordinary MDF (high-quality products can be controlled at ≤2%, national standard requires <7%). It is not easily deformed in short-term humid environments and is suitable for high-humidity scenarios such as bathroom cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and toilet partitions; however, it should not be immersed in water for extended periods.
2. Stable Mechanical Properties: Green Core Moisture Resistant MDF Board typically has a density of 650–800 kg/m³, internal bond strength >1.9 MPa, and superior bending, compressive, and tear strength compared to ordinary MDF. It also exhibits good dimensional stability and is suitable for milling and shaping.
3. Clear Appearance Markings: The core layer is a uniform green (not a surface veneer), making it easy to distinguish genuine from counterfeit; the board surface is flat, making it easy to apply finishes, paint, or molds.

1. Kitchen and Bathroom Spaces
Green Core Moisture Resistant MDF Board is used for bathroom cabinets, washbasin cabinets, kitchen wall/base cabinets, toilet partitions, shower room bases, wet area doors, etc.
2. High-Humidity Public/Commercial Areas
Green Core Moisture Resistant MDF Board is used in hotel kitchens, canteen operating rooms, swimming pool/bathhouse changing areas, aquarium perimeter decoration, laboratory workbenches, and industrial sewing machine/woodworking machinery housings (requiring moisture resistance and high strength).
3. Custom Furniture and Building Materials
Green Core Moisture Resistant MDF Board is used for wardrobe partitions, basement storage cabinets, balcony cabinets, moisture-resistant composite flooring substrate, lightweight steel keel partition wall infill core material (density 350–400 kg/m³ lightweight), millable and engraved background wall panels, and speaker enclosures (balancing acoustic performance and stability).
