Unlike PET High Glossy Particle Board, which achieves its high-gloss effect by laminating a layer of transparent, colorless PET film onto printed paper, offering a wide range of colors and patterns with high compatibility, UV high-gloss board is made by applying UV paint to the surface of particleboard, MDF, and similar boards.
UV High Glossy Particle Board is easy to process, allowing for industrial production. It boasts vibrant colors, wear resistance, strong chemical resistance, and a long service life. However, it requires advanced machinery and processing technology and is resistant to moisture and deformation.
The primer for UV High Glossy Particle Board uses a solvent-free 4E green high-grade coating, which is non-volatile, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. After curing, it provides a high-gloss, antibacterial effect, making it an ideal decorative board material.

6. Acid and Alkali Resistance: UV High Glossy Particle Board can resist corrosion from various acid and alkali disinfectants.
The reason why UV High Glossy Particle Board has the above properties is that the paint reacts chemically with ultraviolet light to form a dense protective film. The intermolecular distance of this dense protective film is very small, smaller than that of water molecules and acetic acid molecules, thus providing waterproof and stain-resistant effects.
